About This Coffee

Treehouse is our light-roast single-origin coffee from Flores, Indonesia—and one of the coffees that best captures why we started Segara.
Delicate florals rise from the cup alongside citrus and honeyed sweetness, carried by an exceptionally even acidity. There's plenty of brightness, but no sharp spike. Instead, it moves smoothly across the palate before settling into a soft, delicate finish.
It's a flavor profile many coffee drinkers might expect from origins celebrated for their floral, high-clarity coffees, such as Ethiopia.
We found it in Indonesia.

We roast Treehouse lightly to preserve those qualities rather than covering them with roast. The result is clean, delicate, and remarkably expressive.

This coffee has all the layers, the grapefruit note is not too overpowering.
Vero cold brew has been my favorite this summer.
