Refund policy

All of our coffee is roasted to order and prepared fresh. Because whole bean coffee is a perishable product, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once it has been delivered.

If something wasn’t right with your order — whether it arrived damaged or did not meet expectations — please email us at hello@segaracoffee.com within 14 days of delivery, and include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll review your request and do our best to make it right.

If your package was damaged in transit, please notify us within 7 days of delivery (including a photo, if possible), and we’ll happily arrange a replacement or suitable solution.
