Snow Lantern is a beautifully balanced blend of coffees from Flores, Indonesia, with complexity that reveals itself gradually in the cup.

Warm brown spice leads, followed by fragrant bergamot and the rounded sweetness of ripe plum. Each layer emerges in its own time, held together by a smooth, medium body and remarkable balance.

It performs beautifully across brewing methods. Drip and pour-over reveal its clarity and aromatic complexity, while espresso brings greater concentration, sweetness, and structure.

Brown spice forms its warm, aromatic foundation. Bergamot brings a delicate floral-citrus lift, while ripe plum adds rounded sweetness and depth. Rather than arriving all at once, these flavors seem to emerge and recede as the cup develops.

We roast Snow Lantern to a balanced medium, developing enough sweetness and body to bring those elements together while preserving the clarity that allows each one to remain distinct.

The result is intricate without being demanding—a coffee whose complexity becomes more apparent the longer you spend with it.
