Golden Time is our blonde espresso—a remarkably well-rounded coffee with just enough brightness to lift the cup.
Its signature tangerine note appears toward the end of each sip, bringing a fresh, citrusy lift without dominating the flavor. The rest of the cup is smooth, balanced, and easygoing, making Golden Time the kind of coffee you can return to throughout the day.
We love it just as much as filter coffee as we do espresso. Espresso brings its tangerine brightness into greater focus, while drip and pour-over reveal a rounder, more relaxed expression.
Think of it as an all-day breakfast coffee: lively enough to be interesting, comfortable enough for another cup.

Rather than making citrus the defining flavor of the entire cup, its tangerine note arrives toward the finish—a subtle lift that brings energy and freshness to an otherwise beautifully rounded coffee.
The way you brew it changes the expression. As espresso, the tangerine becomes brighter and more concentrated. As drip or pour-over, the cup becomes rounder and more relaxed, with that same citrus character appearing gently at the end.
Neither is the better version. They're simply different ways of experiencing the same remarkably balanced coffee.

This coffee is soooo good! My normal go-to is Resonance, but Esther suggested I try this one. She was so right! It's got such a lovely velvet-y smooth mouthfeel and gives me the sensation that I'm drinking liquid joy. Truly brightens my day and brings a sliver of calm to my otherwise chaotic mornings
My absolute favorite way to make this coffee is with the Japanese iced method detailed in the Segara brew guide. Never disappoints. Kind of dangerous because I want to keep drinking it even though I can't handle that much coffee all at once.
