Blush is a seasonal single-origin Red Bourbon from Flores, Indonesia, built around an unusually expressive fruit character.
Expect a juicy watermelon note layered with the sweet, buttery character of strawberry biscuit. The cup is bright and strongly fruity, with beautiful clarity and a light, elegant body that keeps the fruit vivid rather than heavy.
It shines as pour-over and drip, makes an exceptionally refreshing cold brew, and brews beautifully in French press and AeroPress.

Blush comes from a single Red Bourbon variety grown on Flores, Indonesia—an island capable of producing a remarkable range of flavor expressions.
We roast it light to preserve what makes this coffee so distinctive: its strong natural fruitiness, clarity, and sweetness.
Rather than using roast to build intensity, we let the variety and origin lead. The result is a distinctly Indonesian coffee that feels bright, juicy, and unexpected—another expression of just how diverse coffee from Flores can be.
