Its green apple note gives the coffee freshness and definition, but without the sharpness you might associate with a very acidic coffee. It's a clean, crisp impression—a gentle brightness that keeps the cup lively.

Then comes cashew: lighter and more delicate than a traditional roasted-nut flavor, bringing subtle sweetness and softness.

What ties them together is the mouthfeel. Ivory Spring has a creamier texture than our other light roasts, giving the coffee a sense of roundness beneath all that clarity.
