Online Store Terms
By using our website and/or purchasing products from Segara Coffee, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you are the age of majority and you have provided consent for any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws, including intellectual property laws.
General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the website or access to the service without our express written permission. Payment information is processed securely; credit card data is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
1. Use of the Website
This website and all content, including text, images, and design elements, are owned by Segara and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view, share, or link to content for personal or business reference, but you may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of this site without written permission.
2. Trademarks
Segara™ and any related logos, product names, or taglines displayed on this site are trademarks or common law marks of Segara Coffee, whether or not registered. These marks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not provided by Segara Coffee, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers or that disparages or discredits Segara Coffee.
3. Sample Requests & Inquiries
Our website allows visitors to request coffee samples and submit wholesale or collaboration inquiries. These are reviewed manually and are subject to availability and eligibility. We reserve the right to decline any request at our discretion.
Submitting a form does not create a binding agreement or commercial relationship.
4. Products, Pricing & Availability
All prices, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display our products accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of colors will be accurate. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.
5. Refunds & Returns
All of our coffee is roasted to order and prepared fresh. Because whole bean coffee is a perishable product, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once it has been delivered.
If something wasn’t right with your order — whether it arrived damaged or did not meet expectations — please email us at hello@segaracoffee.com within 14 days of delivery, and include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll review your request and do our best to make it right.
If your package was damaged in transit, please notify us within 7 days of delivery (including a photo, if possible), and we’ll happily arrange a replacement or suitable solution.
6. Billing & Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions. We reserve the right to cancel, limit, or refuse any order (including by customer account, payment method, or shipping address) and to contact you using the information provided at checkout if an order is changed or canceled.
7. Accuracy of Information
We strive to keep all information on this site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, availability, or content are error-free. We reserve the right to update or change the content at any time.
8. Errors & Inaccuracies
Occasionally there may be typographical errors or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, update information, or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, at any time and without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
9. Third-Party Services
Our website may link to third-party services or platforms (e.g., Instagram, Google Analytics). Segara is not responsible for the content, data practices, or policies of those services.
10. Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose; to solicit others to perform unlawful acts; to violate any laws or regulations; to infringe upon our or others’ intellectual property rights; to harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate; to submit false or misleading information; to upload malicious code; to collect or track others’ personal information; to spam or scrape; or to interfere with security features of the site or related services. We may terminate or restrict access for violations of these Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
Segara is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use this website. All content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Segara Coffee and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
14. Termination
These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either party. We may terminate or suspend access to the site or services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. You remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
